3. Location Services

PickleSpot uses optional background or foreground location access to support:

  • Auto Check-In – Detecting when you arrive at a supported court
  • Auto Check-Out – Detecting when you leave
  • Court crowd tracking and player visibility (“who’s playing now”)

You can enable or disable location access at any time through your device settings.

If location is disabled:

  • Auto check-in/check-out will not function
  • You may still manually check in
